Apple loses bid to have blogs disqualified as legitimate news entities. This is very important for small players like Build Peace that break original local stories only a few times a year. We have journalistic status and protection and can protect sources. Trade secrets are not quite like national security secrets supposedly -- but still it is good to know that some folks in the judicial system belie in free speech and freedom of the press.
